Nice. She forgot to name the company that made the keys to the car, the company that made the airbags that couldn't save someone in a 90mph crash. Hell, name the contractor that made the pavement that made it possible for him to drive 90 while you are at it. Why can't judges be given the chance to slap fines on people, especially the attorneys that encourage such frivolous suits?

Don't cases of Coors come with a set of handcuffs, a funnell and a really big dude to force it down your throat in the US?

This is the same concept as obese people suing McDonalds for their health problems. I sympathy for the families but Coors shouldn't be held responsible for this incident. The fault lies with the victim and the people whom sold or distributed the liquor.

On my 21st birthday I had to spend the night in detox... I consumed so much I could sue every liquor distillery in the world.

Well news of a suit is hardly earthsshaking....If it goes anywhere, that will be the news.

Personal responsibility demands that anyone who ingests properly labeled drugs cannot use the effects of those drugs as an excuse for damaging others (or themselves in this case).
